Exchange regulations
- Please contact customer service for defective exchanges.
- If the contents of the package are incorrect, please contact customer service immediately and this official website will pay for the round-trip shipping costs for the exchange.
- If you need to exchange the product for personal reasons, please contact customer service for assistance. The customer needs to pay the round-trip shipping fee for the exchange.
- If your exchange request is approved, please pack the product in the original packaging and seal it tightly, and wait for us to arrange a pickup time.
*Please be sure to attach the complete unboxing video and keep the original shipping packaging.
(Please return the exchange within 7 days after both parties accept it. If the time limit is exceeded, the order will not be accepted.)
Return Policy
- To protect the rights of both parties, only the first-time unpacking video proof is accepted. The entire unpacking process must be recorded to ensure that the product is not missing, sent incorrectly, out of stock, or defective, based on the "clear and complete unpacking video".
- The complete video must be shot from the unopened state of the delivery box. Fast-forwarded or edited videos will not be accepted.
- If you need to return the product, please be sure to open the box and check it immediately upon receipt. This official website will not accept returns made more than 7 days after receiving the package.
- If it is confirmed to be a defect before shipment, the return shipping fee will be paid by this official website. Returned merchandise must be in new condition.
