Before Purchase
- By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully before purchasing.
- Record a full, unedited unboxing video upon receiving your parcel to protect both parties.
- Handmade items may show slight variations or craftsmanship marks. These are normal and not considered defects.
- Fragrance products are personal hygiene items and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold.
Returns & Exchanges
- A 7-day inspection period (including weekends and holidays) applies from the date of delivery. Opened or used items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For defective items, contact customer service.
- Non-defective items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes incorrect style, color, or unmet personal expectations.
- If an exchange is approved, return the item within the 7-day period in its original condition and packaging. We will arrange the pickup. Late returns will not be accepted.
Unboxing Video Requirement
Return or exchange requests must include a clear, complete, and unedited unboxing video.
- The recording must begin with the parcel unopened.
- Edited or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
- Failure to provide a qualifying video may result in rejection of your return, exchange, or refund request.
