Return & Exchange Policy

 

Before You Shop

By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to the return and exchange terms announced on this website. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

  • Upon receiving your parcel, please record a full video of the unboxing process to protect the rights of both parties.

  • Some products are handmade. Slight variations or traces of craftsmanship are considered normal. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

  • Fragrance products are classified as personal hygiene items and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold.

 

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Customers are entitled to a 7-day inspection period (including weekends and holidays) starting from the date the product is received. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • For defective items, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

  • Non-defective items are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept returns due to ordering the wrong style or color, or if the item does not meet personal expectations.

  • If your exchange request is approved, please return the item within the inspection period and ensure it remains in its original condition as shipped. We will contact you to arrange a pickup time. Late returns will not be accepted.

 

Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both parties, we only process return or exchange requests that include a clear and complete unboxing video.

  • The full recording must begin with the parcel in its unopened state.

  • Edited or cut videos will not be accepted.

  • If you are unable to provide a video that meets the above requirements, SENSORY JOURNAL reserves the right to reject your return, exchange, or refund request.
